If your goal for this New Year is eating & staying healthy we are here to motivate you by sharing these 5 Tasty Smoothies for the week. My mother was sweet enough to buy me a NUTRIBULLET blender two years ago, it’s a great product. Find it here. At first I attempted to make smoothies for my husband every morning but this only lasted three weeks. During this time he thought his shirts were getting loose on him, they weren’t. Since then I make smoothies occasionally.

TIPS:Clearly you can switch up fruits & veggies, we all have different taste buds! If you don’t want to use sugar to sweeten your smoothie replace it with a banana. You can use 2-3 cups (varies on size of container) of water or milk.

SHAKE 1
2 Bananas
1 full apple (peeled)
Handful of blueberries
Water

SHAKE 2 
1 Banana
1 full orange
1 full mango (peeled cut into pieces)
Water

SHAKE 3
1 Banana
2 celery sticks
Handful of Spinach
Half of a Cucumber
water

SHAKE 4
Handful of carrots
1 half of an orange
4 apple pieces
1 celery stick
one teaspoon of sugar
water

SHAKE 5
2 cups of blueberries
1 banana
some spinach
milk
