I’m sure we all enjoy pieces of avocado in our salad or a good guacamole dip, right? This tasty fruit is good to eat-plus it has loads of nutrients.
Create this savory smoothie in the mornings to boost your spirits!
What you need: Serves 1
½ avocado peeled
Handful of kale
2 ½ tablespoons of honey
1 cup of water/milk
Blend all the ingredients together and prepare your taste buds for a treat. Depending on how thick you want the smoothie you can add a whole avocado. The honey provides the smoothie with just enough sweetness, you will love it.
