Enhance your morning breakfast with a tasty chia seed pudding. Chia-seeds are high in nutrients and a great source of fiber and other vitamins that are great for you! We love it for a late night snack or even for a quick-lunch or breakfast. Trying different fruits for this pudding is fun for you and the kids, our favorite thus far is the one I’m sharing today. Enjoy!

What you’ll need…

  • 1 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • Large/medium size Mason Jar or container

In a mason jar or container, pour the almond milk, honey and the 4 tablespoons of chia seeds. After adding all these ingredients make sure to mix well, leave in refrigerator overnight. In the morning you can add the blueberries.

Notes: You can also add strawberries, bananas or Nutella. We love Nutella! If you’re not satisfied with the consistency of the pudding, add another tablespoon of chia-seed and leave it in the refrigerator for another 2-3 hours. This serves at least 2 people. That is it! Quick and easy!
